Caffeine 1Up: Ottawa’s Unique Cafe Celebrates First Birthday!

Unconventional Caffeine 1UP cafe provides a social gaming experience paired with great coffee!

Ottawa, ON -September 26th 2017: One year ago Caffeine 1UP set its eye on 362 Rideau St. to provide a place for coffee and video game lovers to relax and socialize, as well as breathing youthful new life into the Rideau Street area. Now the cafe is throwing its 1st year birthday party to celebrate its growing presence in the community. The birthday bash will be held on September 26th from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

There will be old school video game high score contests throughout the day and tournaments at night with prizes for the winners. Customers will receive limited giveaways through their purchases with the possibility of a grand prize N64 system bundle.

Caffeine 1UP is a woman owned independent cafe with a video game twist, providing hundreds of games and a dozen different systems for customers to play. The cafe serves Ontario roasted speciality coffee and features baked goods from local Ottawa bakeries. Caffeine 1UP has created an all welcoming, family friendly space for customers to socialize over video games, from running friendly tournaments every Tuesday, to posting monthly gaming challenges for customers to win relative fame and fortune, to spotlighting an empowering ladies night every Monday. We invite everyone to drop by for the celebration of Caffeine 1UP’s 1st year birthday party. Test your might in some video games, win awesome prizes and enjoy our signature birthday cake latte. Caffeine 1UP has been called “An absolutely spectacular place to spend some time. The staff is amazing, the food and drinks are excellent, and they have games for EVERYONE whether you’re a total pro or a complete noob. To top it all off it’s incredibly clean, bright and inviting. You won’t regret a visit!”
