We’d like to introduce you to Rebel.com, who took up residence in Downtown Rideau this past summer. They offer web hosting, domain names, website builders and basically any tools you need to grow your online presence.

Located in the iconic Mercury Court building on the corner of Rideau and Dalhousie, they’ve undertaken a large reno on much of the second floor and it looks fabulous! It features open concept work space with a semi-enclosed conference/meeting room, and an amazing kitchen and lounge area to kick back and unwind with foosball or ping pong tables. Once the space is completed they aim to give back to the community by offering it to Ottawa individuals or groups hosting creative, inspiring events.

Jana Dybinski, VP Marketing & Culture shares this funny moment – “About 5 years ago we ordered a cake to celebrate a big company milestone. When we opened the cake box we found the smallest, worst written, least celebratory number 1000 we’d ever seen. Since then, really badly decorated cakes have become an office tradition.
